A lot of go-karts I see have some kind of welded assembly with like a tube and bolt just welded to it. I hadn’t seen that done in sheet metal and I always wondered why. So I just tried it with your service and it’s like, yeah we can bend this, and it all works. Since then, all the go-karts I’ve had that sheet metal fold, and I’ve never had a failure or anything. Once you start thinking in sheet metal, it’s like all these things are possible that you wouldn't think were possible.  It’s more flexible than people think and the cost advantage is just so huge. You’d call a company to get a part and 90% of the time they wouldn’t respond, and when you eventually did get a quote (after like weeks of emails) it would be way too much.  What separates OSH Cut is the communication and the software suite. I didn’t understand how to brake bend parts before I used OSH Cut because OSH Cut was the first service I had ever used … you guys were one of the first online manufacturers out there. I had dealt with other services before and they would say “we can’t bend this part”, but I didn’t understand why. But you guys have this simulation on your site which makes it super clear why or why not something can or cannot be bent. By using your service, now I get why shops would say they couldn’t make those parts … versus submitting an order and hearing a week later (when you’re on a deadline) that the company can’t bend this.  Well, I would’ve liked to know at the time! That’s one of the great things about your service; you DO know at the time of upload.

I have been recommending you to other companies. It’s just really amazing how [your software] enables small businesses like mine.
