I do most of the purchasing for our company and regularly deal with over 100 vendors a week. I have maybe 5 vendors that consistently provide excellent customer service and OSH Cut is the best of the best. They are always willing to work with us to meet deadlines and address any issues or concerns we have. They make my job easier.

After shopping around, I opted for OSH Cut primarily because they allow the customer to nest their file designs unlike others. Pricing was reasonable and I was not disappointed with the outcome. They are good!

I have tried quite a few other online suppliers and this is by far the simplest. Also, OSH Cut check your hole sizes and helps correct 'noobie' errors for folks like myself.

I had difficulties with a competitor and someone suggested OSH Cut. They were slightly more expensive but I had zero difficulty with uploading my cad file and they had more options for steel also. I received a phone call asking if they could modify my selection to make manufacturing easier and I agreed. I received a small refund also for the reduced cut time. The parts arrived in perfect condition and lined up to my motor that I used to model PERFECTLY. Like .001 tolerance. Great experience.

I got quotes from OSH Cut, another large online machine shop, and a local place. OSH Cut was the cheapest by a large margin, the easiest to get a quote, and had the largest selection of materials. The finished parts are exactly what I wanted, and shipping was reasonable. I'm very happy with them. They even followed up with a call to make sure I was satisfied.

I've ordered many items from OSH Cut and other similar laser cutting services. OSH Cut has been the best by far. Very reliable and the customer service is great. Very highly recommend them.

Absolute game-changer!! Love this company! For simple bent sheet metal with laser cut holes and/or tapped holes, there isn't a better option IMO. I find myself using their website to check my design as I go to ensure manufacturability (they make it so easy to visualize issues) & then it's so easy to order when I'm done. Can't say enough good things!!

Shopped a couple of competitors before deciding to go with OSH. Good decision. They provided live, on the go, estimate of cost, detailed information on the choice of materials, and quick review once I submitted the design. Shipped the part within days. These guys are seriously the best in the business. I've been doing this a long time and I can barely remember the name of my last supplier, whom I was totally satisfied with until getting the OSH Cut treatment.

These guys have their act together, For Sure! I happen to be a service tech for one of the lasers used at OSH Cut. The internal system there and the expectation for quality is superb... When we don't have a certain material in stock, I have personally used these guys. And I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
